peer mentoring was much better, i think. got to talk to aris, ernest & jonathan about the buddy class's stuffs, general dbs stuffs and anything else! it was nice :)

friday was also the day i've to teach for pathology. i was a wee bit nervous at first but it went pretty okay! :) i hope i taught well!

AND I GOT RAMMED BY A SOCCER BALL. IN THE CHEST. REALLY HARD. by javian, obviously not on purpose. i swear all the air got knocked out and i had to sit down. it hurted and it felt uncomfortable. my abdomen hurted as well. but heck! haha. javian was damn scared, i think!
slept at about 1+ and like, i didn't sleep well :/

camp continues and breakfast was... prata. i died. seriously. and then... there was soyabean. die x 2. i was soooooooooo hungry okay! :(
luckily nas helped me! :D:D thank you sihah! love you!! she's damn niceeeeee! bought me sandwich & green tea! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

sunday!

got about 3hours of sleep. yishu woke up and i uttered nonsense to him. like duh. would have overslept if he didn't call me. thanks :D:D

i felt bad because he accompanied me so we reached clarke quay at 7 and he's meeting his group mates at 7.30 :/

cup noodles for breakfast before the treasure hunt started. lol. talk about slack.

waited for nicholas before starting on the race :D

it was FREAKING TIRING. even though we had breaks (uhh we had big gulp & starbucks LOL.) and we walked but the distance was HUGE. as long as we enjoyed ourselves, the results don't really matter, right? :)

we completed the whole thing! :D:D:D
felt this big sense of accomplishment.. everyone was really tired already, especially those who had camps (andrea, nicholas & i).

played with two adorable dogs & boat quay area :D

after the whole thing we just sat around the prize presentation area and they played daidee. i played jx's psp cos i suck at daidee :/

dragged our asses to central because the performance was cancelled. had gems group meeting minus jeejun. super last minute! but better than nothing, yeah?

mum & dad called! and my dad was asking me to get vitamin supplements from gnc ahahhahah.

went home and I DID NOT NAP. omg right. yeah. touched up gems presentation and wrote the script for narrator before i slept at 12+. can you imagine how exhausted am i.

woke up early for a last-er last minute meeting but majority were late -.-
it went okay? i was quite scared because our skit paled in comparison to the rest. c'mon man, we don't get to meet. unlike the other groups because everyone's from the same course..
in the end we scored an A so. lol.

went to grab breakfast with andrea at her nyongnyong cafe. lol.

napped for a bit at colours.

we dissected frogs for practical and i kinda freaked out because the frog moves after we took out its heart. no, i did not do it.
wanted to do another frog but i was.. scared?
shit. how am i gonna be a vet like this?!??

the best thing about today is finding out i've ZERO lessons tomorrow!

another tiring week! but i kept my energy level up :D

i love thursdays! because there's practice :D
it was really fun. and i so so regret not joining earlier but whatever, at least i'm going now right :D hahaha. and after practical, andrea & i had kfc! chilled for a bit after that cos she's waiting for her dad and i was feeling lazy. mmm. and bumped into zhiwei. and his friends.

HOW CAN I FORGET THIS.
we had our first haematology practical!
and like we've to prick our fingers using those lancet with shapes of those blades you see in pen knives. my partner was junxian! and like the first time he pricked my finger, it hurt like crazy. numbing pain & i can feel my pulse at the gash.
there was blood everywhere on my finger & on jx's gloves.
the second time was better i guess :/

i pricked jx's fingers twice too. sorry! i hope it didn't hurt too badly :/ and he's damn nice and accomodating, okay? it makes me feel guilty. but i got quite a lot of blood sample from him, which is good! did full blood count & thank god, i was normal.

for the first time ever, i sat in front for gembio. HAHAHHAHA. with nas & ayu and andrea& bernard! and to think that i thought we're mad for jumping from the back straight to the front seats but no, mr bo chup was even better. he sat at the first row okay. crazy.

it was pretty scary when they ask you questions. those which you know the right answers but yet, you have no idea how to explain it to them. seriously.

this week's been really tiring.

tuesday was fun!
even though there was a communication breakdown & stuffs.
andrea & i went to yishu's house :D just for a while though. and i saw yishu's baby pics! HAHAHAHHA. okay soo nas and xueyan joined us after their class! :D:D yay!
the busride was pretty boring though. i was sleeping. yishu was sleeping. andrea was sleeping =.= and idk about nas & xueyan but yeah.

ironman was good. loved the effects! it's a very cool movie but the ending's pretty anti climatic. and the last part of the story's not as good as the front.. i feel?

the four of us minus andrea had fish&co for dinner! :D:D:D:D
the ambience was good! they had live band :D plus all the good food made me happy! :D
walked to orchard.

yishu sent me home. so nice right :D

wednesday sucks.
i went to school stoned & i half-slept on the bus & train okay. i was THAT tired.
i slept during my first lecture/tutorial. that's 2 hours for you. ahem. yeah, i didn't half sleep. i just lie put my head on the table and sleeeeeeeeep right through.

thursday was much better i think.
we ended early! :D project discussion was fun and we watched gossip girl! :D HAHAHHAHAHA. my influence. and then they watched southpark while i slept. woke up with leg cramps so i waddled out of the library ._. met zuhui and she laughed at me! (others too but whatever.)

the first prac was sooooooo nice. i had so much fun! :D

my weekend was absolutely fabulous! had so much fun! :D

saturday was spent out with tofu in the afternoon! :D had mos burger for lunch & then i bought jack's present from art friend. bumped into a cousin's ex! ._. shopped around in raffles city & marina square. had vanilla ice blended coffee @ killiney's. met denise who's like, working there? yep.

TGIF!

i slept pretty much the whole day yesterday. woke up at 11+, had lunch & slept again. haha.
what.
don't give me that you're-such-a-pig look okay. the sleep debt i've incurred are very very very large. even then after sleeping so much, i still feel tired o.O

didn't read up metabolic biochem. or genetics & mol bio. or haematology.
i totally wasted a day away! like, i need to catch up on gembio & haematology because 0bviously, i didn't listen in class. sigh. i know i shouldn't be doing that! especially now that i'm in year2 and everything's tougher. and i need an at least 3.5 gpa this semester?

today's so-so.
metbio chem is superly hard. it's so hard you can cry if you've 2 hours of lecture straight. and i think it's a dry module. lots of memo work & everything :/

peer mentoring session was okay? briefing and stuff. i did the diagnostic test and i scored 26/30. shrugs. will meet the mentees next week. kinda nervous? idk if i can teach! :/

i think mr bo chup is freaking funny.

alot of people were pissing me off today. like, just being irritating & getting on my nerves?
i'm cranky & snappy as well.
i blame the hormones.
